Always offering something new

A well-established French brand, Djeco proposes three catalogues: games, toys and puzzles; arts and crafts; children’s accessories, pieces of furniture and stationery (the last one unites the former Little Big Room and Lovely Paper).
“Since our offer is made up of 1,700 SKUs, one of our strengths definitely is the range width, an advantage for the retailer who can deal with a large selection from just one company”, explains Roberto Sackett, who has been representing the company’s product lines in Italy over the last 15 years. “Additionally, quality and beauty of the products go hand in hand. We collaborate closely with illustrators of children’s books so that we can count on a highly coloured and attractive visual appeal. The price-quality ratio must be mentioned too, as the customers appreciate it: we always keep prices in line with the market’s trends granting the dealers a correct mark-up. We support our customers through promotional activities and swift and efficient after-sales assistance, an added value”.

Every year Djeco introduces more than 250 new items: “Therefore, the dealer meets an always new and updated offer to be proposed to the consumer and becomes a loyal customer”, says Sackett. “Among the most interesting lines as concerns the Italian market, there are Tinyly, figurines for little girls, and Crazy Motors for little boys, made up of 24 metal cars: both meet the growing demand for collectables and propose high quality products at the right price that the retailers can sell easily. Also important are family games, especially card games: in this category we have over 50 SKUs including games that little kids can play”.
